\\\ CONVENTIONAL HEADS

Conrex Steel's entire manufacturing facility affords sufficient flexibility to produce pressure vessel heads and tank ends in a broad range of sizes, shapes, thicknesses and material specifications. Our main product line is ASME code and non-code pressure vessel and tank ends formed from a single blank from 8 5/8" up to approximately 18ft. Heads are supplied in carbon steels, low alloy steels and alloy steels including stainless-clad in thicknesses from 3/16" up to 1 1/4". Conrex Steel can offer all heads trimmed or untrimmed, bevelled and/or tapered. Heads can be formed from our own plate inventory or from customers supplied material.

All heads will be accompanied by the appropriate and relevant documentation. This will consist of inspection reports and mill test reports.
